Read program terms
What earns points?
Earn 1 point per $1 USD actually paid for eligible full-price merchandise in online orders. Points are based on merchandise after discounts, excluding tax and shipping. Sale items and gift-card purchases do not earn points.
Are AW2026 preorders included?
Yes. Full-price AW2026 preorders are eligible. Points are earned when an eligible online order is marked paid, rather than when it ships. Preorder delivery estimates and the policy that mixed orders ship together still apply.
How do I use my points?
Once the program launches, exchange 100 points for a $5 reward in the rewards panel and use its code at checkout. Your order must contain at least $50 of eligible full-price merchandise. Rewards cannot be combined with other order, product or shipping discounts.
What if my bag contains sale items?
You can buy full-price and sale merchandise together. Only eligible full-price merchandise earns points, receives the reward and counts towards the $50 minimum. Sale items do not count towards that minimum.
What about gift cards?
Buying a gift card does not earn points, cannot be discounted with a reward and does not count towards the $50 minimum. If you pay for eligible merchandise with a gift card, that merchandise can earn points.
What happens when I return something?
Points are adjusted for refunded purchases, including partial refunds. A reward code used on a returned order is not automatically reissued. Contact us about a reward used on a returned order or a return for store credit.
Will a reward affect free shipping?
Yes. Free standard U.S. shipping applies when your merchandise total is $100 or more after discounts, before tax. For example, a $100 bag reduced to $95 by a reward falls below the free-shipping threshold. International shipping is calculated at checkout.
Can I start earning or redeeming now?
Not yet. Uncommon Rewards is being prepared for launch. We’ll make the rewards panel available when the program opens.

Program terms · Draft for launch

A few ground rules.

These rules describe the program being prepared for launch. Rewards are currently inactive.

  1. Eligibility and earning: online orders only, once marked paid. Earn 1 point per $1 USD actually paid for eligible full-price merchandise after discounts. Tax, shipping, sale merchandise and gift-card purchases are excluded.
  2. Redemption: 100 points can be exchanged for one $5 USD reward for an order with at least $50 of eligible full-price merchandise. The reward applies once per order. Sale merchandise and gift-card purchases neither receive the reward nor count towards the minimum.
  3. Discounts and payment: the reward does not combine with other product, order or shipping discounts. Gift cards used as payment are not discount codes; eligible merchandise paid with a gift card can earn points.
  4. Refunds: earned points are adjusted for refunded purchases, including partial refunds. Rewards used on returned orders are not automatically reissued. Contact us for help with those rewards or returns for store credit.
  5. Shipping and preorders: shipping eligibility is assessed after discounts. Free standard U.S. shipping requires a merchandise total of $100 or more before tax. Reward points do not change preorder delivery estimates or mixed-order dispatch arrangements.
  6. Launch status: earning and redemption are not yet active. These program terms supplement the store’s existing purchase, return and shipping policies.
