Domestic Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If you made an online purchase within 30 days from ship date, and have unworn merchandise with all original tags attached, email us hello@uncommonrunner.com to start the returns process.

Unfortunately, we do not accept exchanges at this time. If you want a different size, please create a new order, and start the returns process for the unwanted size.

  

International Returns

Please email hello@uncommonrunner.com to start international return.

When returning the goods, please include the original packing note in the package. Once we receive the return, we will issue a refund (minus shipping costs).

Note that the 30-day limit does not apply to the time the package spends in transit. If it is shipped within 30 days, we consider that in accordance with our return policy regardless of when it arrives. Save all tracking information. We are not responsible for any returns lost in transit.

International Shipments 

Your order may be subject to import duties and taxes (including VAT), which are incurred once a shipment reaches your destination country. Uncommon Runner is not responsible for these charges if they are applied and are your responsibility as the customer.
