Ambassador interest privacy notice
Why we ask
Uncommon Runner uses the details you submit to review your interest in a possible ambassador program and contact you about it. This interest list is for adults aged 18 and over. Please don’t include health information, identity documents, or details about children.
Our team reviews interest before offering any role or benefits. Joining this list doesn’t mean you’ve been accepted and doesn’t guarantee a place, gear, payment or other benefits.
What we collect
Your name, email, city or region, optional links, your answers about running and brand fit, contribution interests, and a record of your age confirmation, consent choices and submission time. We may add private review notes about your interest.
A short-lived form token helps verify submissions. We also use a hashed network identifier to limit repeated requests. These controls do not sign you up for marketing.
Who can see it
Your responses aren’t published. Access to the private review area is currently restricted to the owner. Any additional reviewer must be authorized before receiving access. This page is hosted by Shopify; submitted applications and the private review database are hosted using OpenAI Sites and managed storage.
How long we keep it
We keep your interest-list response, consent choices and related review notes for no longer than six months after you submit them, then delete them from the interest list. We may delete them sooner if they are no longer needed or you ask us to remove them. Reviewing, shortlisting or resubmitting an existing response does not extend its original deadline.
The same deadline applies to any copies we download for review. If we invite you to a program and need information for that separate purpose, we’ll explain it and ask you separately.
Contact and marketing choices
Permission to contact you about this program is part of this form. News and promotional email is a separate, optional choice. Leaving that box unchecked won’t affect your interest submission or review. This form records your choice; it does not automatically create a newsletter subscription or transfer your details to a mailing service.
Changes or removal
To correct your information, withdraw your interest, change your marketing choice or ask for deletion, email hello@uncommonrunner.com. Please use the same email you submitted so we can verify the request. Please don’t send identity documents.
